Lakeview Health Services, Inc. is excited to announce the opening of West End Heights, a five-story-60-unit apartment building located at 701 West Court Street in the City of Ithaca. Twenty-two apartments will be available to individuals in the community who qualify for affordable housing, including Section 8 housing. Applications received during the application period will be processed in the order drawn in the November 30th lottery and will be subject to income limits and other qualifying restrictions. Applicants drawn after the first 22 in the lottery will be secured in their waitlisted spot in the order drawn to be qualified for future vacancies. All rental applications received after the November 12th application deadline will be placed on a wait list in the order received, behind the lottery participant’s waitlist.
