Finally, the event that we all have been waiting for! The West End Heights apartment applicant lottery was held on November 30th. Congratulations to all lottery participants during this exciting time! The applicant numbers listed in this attachment were randomly drawn during the live lottery. The applicant qualification process will start with the first applicant drawn and will move through the list until the twenty-two affordable housing apartments are filled with qualified applicants. Once the apartments are filled, all remaining applicants will be placed on a wait list in the drawn order and will be contacted for qualification when an affordable housing apartment vacancy occurs. Applications received after the close of the November 12th application window are placed on the wait list following the last lottery applicant number, in order received.
